In the last months most car brands have publicly announced that they are transitioning away from homegrown solutions to Android Automotive OS. This has been driven by a common desire to develop, deploy and monetize new services extending beyond applications and infotainment to services and data.
The change to Android / AAOS  has not been without its pitfalls for OEMs, highlighting the need for all players in the ecosystem to develop an in-depth understanding and expertise in Android.
At droidcon we specialize in bringing the Android developer community together to expand their horizons and hone their skillset. WHY OEMS AND ECOSYSTEM PARTNERS SHOULD ATTEND

AAOS holds the promise of allowing OEMs to take advantage of the more than 15 year-old Android developer community and ecosystem and can provide a more standardized approach to infotainment application design as well as the ability to provide a common platform to develop other products and services. This track will provide a forum for the automotive ecosystem to:
