This panel will take a look at how Android teams scale at different companies. Let’s examine some the ways teams conduct code reviews, do onboarding, continuous integration and more. How do some teams deal with issues like tech debt, refactor vs rewrite, etc. The panelists will share best practices and experiences from their current teams and past employers.

Speaker Bio

Segun Famisa is a Software Engineer based in Berlin, Germany and has been developing for Android since Gingerbread.

Originally from Nigeria, he has previously worked at Andela as an Android Consultant in Lagos, Nigeria where he worked with various partners on their Android projects.
He also worked at different teams across multiple industries including Konga (e-commerce), trivago (travel), SoundCloud (music streaming), DeliveryHero (food ordering & delivery).

He is passionate about Android development and loves to share his passion and findings through technical articles on his blog as well as speaking about the platform. He is an amateur bass player and he does some painting in his spare time.
