Code review for Android is broken. Here is the fix.

Android teams (Engg teams) drown in PR queues, especially with AI Codegen and nitpicks, while real issues slip through. In this session, I will run a messy Kotlin PR through two paths. Human only review vs the same review with CodeRabbit assisting inside your normal GitHub flow. We will measure cycle time and defect catch across correctness, performance, security, and release safety. You will leave with a simple review rubric, a CI gate you can copy, and a practical way to cut review time by 30 to 50 percent without dumbing down quality.
