For Speakers
You can submit your presentation here.
The Call for Paper is open until May 01, 2024.
To be considered for a keynote speaker role, it’s essential to possess certain qualities, experience, and expertise in your role as CTO. If you can share a unique perspective or Story, can inspire and motivate the audience, and have strong communication skills, including the ability to engage and captivate an audience, you are our speaker.
Being a keynote speaker at our t3 conference will not just contribute to your personal and career growth and enhance your reputation as an expert in your field, by visibility and exposure, but also comes with several benefits, such as networking opportunities with attendees of the same level from various backgrounds and industries, providing you with valuable networking opportunities to connect with potential collaborators, clients, or mentors. Furthermore, there might be many opportunities for future collaborations and partnerships with like-minded decision-makers.
And to be completely honest: Sharing your expertise and insights with an audience can be personally fulfilling, especially if you have the opportunity to inspire or educate others.
We honor your effort with a free ticket for the t3 summit, droidcon Berlin and Fluttercon Europe.

We are looking for four types of submissions:
- Case-Study Lightning Talk – These are short 20-minute presentations that cover a topic that you can offer a short case study on. It should outline a challenge or issue you and/or your engineering teams faced and how you solved it.
- Panel Topic Host – Please propose a panel topic that you would be interested in potentially moderating or hosting.
- Workshop – We will consider proposals for workshops ranging from 45 min to 90 min that should be interactive.
- Keynote – If you would like to propose a general session keynote, please submit a topic, abstract, and why this would be a good keynote for the entire audience.
Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your talk to the t3 summit. We cannot guarantee that if you follow these suggestions your talk will be accepted, but you will have a much better chance:
- Please ensure that your talk title and description match and that the title accurately reflects your topic
Please note that we won’t allow pitch talks, instead, case study presentations that help others handle similar problems are welcome. Your talk title should be able to tell at a glance what topic your session will cover. We also ask that you be aware of our code of conduct when choosing your title. - Define key takeaways and learning points
You will help the committee select your topic if you can explain what you hope audience members will learn. Please try and include three to five key points that make your talk stand out from others. The more concrete (and relevant) these learning points are to the audience/conference, the better. - What is your experience level with the topic?
You don’t have to be a level 12 Black Belt to get your talk accepted. The committee does however need to know what your experience level with the topics is. Is the app or technology you are working on being deployed at scale? What are your real-world experiences with the topic? - Have you given this talk before?
Please let us know if (and where) you have given this talk before. How was the talk received? How has it changed from the past? What new information can we expect? - Keywords
We have included a pre-defined list of keywords in the CFP tool. If none of them fit, please include a list of relevant keywords in your talk submission text. This will help us find your talk using a search tool when we are looking for a particular topic or technology. - Moderator
CTOs are attracted to peer-level events and will be eager to attend roundtables that are hosted by noted experts in the field (their peers) who can lead an insightful discussion. If you feel like you can help shape the discussion as an official moderator by providing a set of questions that can be asked during the round table sessions to lead and stimulate the conversations resulting in expertise and success stories sharing.
For questions please send an email to speaker@droidcon.com
